Happy Homecoming! It was a busy day at Fitz! The High School students ended their school day with a pep rally! We then transitioned to our alumni event in the High School Commons where attendees enjoyed a delicious dinner and tour of the building. Behind our Auto Tech building, our current students were invited to the Family Fun Day! We heard the band, played games, watched a magic show, got books and candy, had dinner rode a train and had fun in a bounce house! Finally, we ended the night watching our Spartans lead us to a 12-6 victory over Lake Shore. What a great night to be a Spartan!

Today in preschool at Schofield Early Childhood Center we brought Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes to life through cooking! Our preschoolers retold and reenacted the story by creating their very own fruit pies using the different colors from Pete’s adventure. ❤️💙🤎 This was such a fun way to combine literacy, story sequencing, colors, following directions, and hands-on learning. The children had so much fun—and they absolutely LOVE cooking in preschool! 🥰📚👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Mrs Salter and Mrs Rachel's from GSRP preschool at Schofield learned about Mat Man today. We build Mat Man before drawing our self-portraits! ❤️ Mat Man helps children learn body awareness, where our body parts belong, and builds early drawing and pre-writing skills. ✏️😊

GSRP students visited the library for the second time this week. Mrs. Voakes read aloud "The Book of Rules" and then went over library expectations with a picture sort.

Keep your eyes open across the district! 👀 Our favorite miniature Spartan, Flat Sparty, is hitting the road to visit classrooms, check out school events, meet our amazing students and staff, and explore every corner of our district.
