A bond is a state-approved way for schools to fund major projects, like building upgrades, safety improvements, and technology enhancements. If voters approve a bond, the school district will sell bonds and use the funds for the approved projects.
The ZERO-tax-rate increase bond proposal means that projects can be done without increasing the current tax rate.
